I am a licensed psychologist and specialist consultant in the field of neuroeducation. I have many years of training and continuing education in a wide range of cognitive training programmes and methods for identifying learning potential. I am particularly interested in how, through understanding micro-processes in cognition, we can pursue developmental opportunities and unfold potentials.
I am a former lecturer in pedagogy, cand. mag. and specialises in the mediation of learning in relation to children and young people with cognitive functioning problems. I have been a lecturer in pedagogy for 20 years, originally trained as a social pedagogue and subsequently graduated from the University of Copenhagen. In addition to working with cognitive development, I work as a consultant, trainer and counsellor for adoptive families affiliated with the Danish Appeals Board, and am trained as an Imago couples therapist, systemic consultant and supervisor.
